Custom, And We Mean It

There’s nothing ordinary about a custom built home, at least the ones built by Solomon’s Signature Homes. A truly one of a kind custom build is a labor of love, a space that defines and inspires your family. It has thoughtfully planned details because it’s been meticulously crafted with you in mind.

How It Works

i. Discuss It

The first step in building a custom home is getting to know you. We’ll explore your lifestyle, preferences, inspirations, ideas, and priorities. This is where we uncover what matters most to you- is it a gourmet kitchen for hosting? A Spa-like master suite for relaxing? We’ll also have an open conversation about your budget, ensuring we align your vision with practical possibilities. This is the foundation for a collaborative relationship that ensures every detail of your home reflects your needs.

ii. Design It

Once we’ve captured your vision, it’s time to turn those ideas into a clear, actionable plan. During the design phase, we’ll work together to refine every detail, from the layout of your floor plan to the finishes that will make each space uniquely yours. We’ll also finalize the plans and budget, ensuring everything aligns with your vision and investment. Behind the scenes, our team will handle securing the necessary permits and preparing the site for construction, so everything is ready for the next phase.

iii. Build It

Once plans are finalized, engineering is completed and permits have been issued, it’s time to break ground. This is where your dream home starts to become a reality. As the foundation is poured and walls are raised, you’ll see the design we’ve worked so hard to perfect come to life. To keep you closely connected to the process, we’ll schedule walkthroughs at key milestones, giving you the chance to experience your home’s transformation up close and ensure everything is progressing as planned. We’ll manage every aspect of the construction with care and keep you updated every step of the way, so you can enjoy watching your dream home take shape with confidence and excitement.

iv. Walk It

The final walkthrough is more than a glorified checklist— it’s the first time you’ll see your completed home, ready for your next chapter. Together, we’ll review every detail- every corner, every fixture, and every finish to make sure it meets your expectations and reflects the vision we’ve worked toward. This step ensures you’re completely satisfied before move in day. And just so you know, we’re still here when you get settled in to offer post-construction support to address any issues or repairs that may arise.
