We don’t think there is such a thing as too much communication. We are responsive and transparent. You’ll have direct contact with us and receive regular updates throughout the process.

Absolutely! Typically if you bring a floor plan that you like, we will modify it to the exact updated design you want. We will do online meetings as often as needed. During these meetings we will share the screen so you can view the floor plan while we edit the floor plan in real time to exactly what you want, including 3D renderings.

Yes — whether it’s in Salado, Temple, or anywhere else in Central Texas, we’re glad to build on land you already own. We’ll walk the lot with you, help assess utilities, and make sure your vision fits the land.
